This is formulated for business growth and practical business operations. Virgin Platform International ltd also refers to as; Virgin Platform International reserves the right to revise this information at any time. The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern all the use of the website and all contents including User Content, services and products available through the website. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, procedures that may be published from time to time. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES, Changes to these terms and conditions and other policies will be made from time to time. Participants fully agree that;

Virgin Platform International is into Telecommunication Business and thus trade on Telecommunication Products with an Online Telecommunication business platform, therefore, Customers are attended to online and compensated for sales of available product in stock and for referring other customers to Virgin Platform International All Commissions amount is credited into the E-wallet account of the customer concerned.
2. Virgin platform international ltd reserves the sole right to terminate customer’s further benefits payment if certain stated conditions are breached or if it decides by its discretion to stop further payment.
3. a. To qualify for a commission, a customer must successfully register on our website and pay for an activation fee as stated, to Virgin Platform International through the acceptable payment channels, and such customer must carry out a purchase or refer a new paid customer. E.g, customer must carry out a commissioned transaction such as airtime purchase, Data and Bill payments as stated on the website.
b. Once a customer buys a mobile phone or any other device on credit , his/her commission in any of his wallets is block to serve as a security deposit for the time he is owing, during which he will not be able to withdraw the amount concerned until he pays off
4. Virgin Platform international ltd is NOT a financial institution and NOT an investment house. It is also not in itself, a Telecommunication Network service provider and does not present itself as one. It is a Company licensed by NCC to carry out Telecommunication business, in which it has created an online Telecom platform as its marketing strategy, where its customers voluntarily leverage on it to generate income while patronizing the telecom products and service Virgin Platform International offers.
5. SERVICES RENDERED BY VIRGIN PLATFORM INTERNATIONAL LTD ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR STOPAGE, DEPENDING ON THE CHANGE IN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDER’S PRODUCT, SERVICE OR PARTNERSHIP POLICY, AND ALSO ON GOVERNMENT POLICY/REGULATIONS, AND CHANGE IN BUSINESS PLAN AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.

b. Impersonates any person or entity, including any of our representatives
c. Engaged in unlawful or promotes unlawful activities
d. Infringes on any proprietary right of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other rights;
e. transmit pornographic, discriminatory, or otherwise victimizes or intimidates an individual or group on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability;
f. Violates the privacy of any third party.

A. The registration and payment of service fee by a customer entitles such customer to Virgin Platform International ltd product package and also the privilege to recommend other potential customers and get a commission, all commissions are instantly paid into customers e-wallets account which customers by themselves, transfers the amount to their bank account, whenever they want to.
B. Virgin Platform International Limited reserves the exclusive right of the interpretation of the Virgin platform International Programs, Services and Compensation plan.    
C. Any customer, who recommends Virgin Platform International to a new customer, must fulfill the obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory role in ensuring that the new customer understands Virgin Platform International activities.
D. Virgin Platform International customer must attain the legal age of 18 years before they can apply for membership on our online Telecom Business platform.
E. A Customer/member is a person who has completed a Virgin Platform International ltd Registration form, agree to our Terms and Conditions and done his/her full payment and has been accepted by Virgin Platform International ltd as an active customer on the Virgin Platform e-business. Virgin Platform International reserves the right to accept or reject anyone as a Customer.
F. Both Virgin Platform International and Customers acknowledge that this is NOT a multi-level marketing platform but where Customers make Referrals; he is being compensated with Referral Commission.
G. Virgin Platform International ltd is NOT and we DO NOT present ourselves as an Investment house neither do we make any claims to possessing or intending to possess such license. Participants understand and agree that Virgin Platform International ltd represent itself as a company engaged in Telecommunication business which has an online Telecom platform called ‘MY WALLET SHOP” which pays commission to its customers for patronizing its Telecom services and referring other customers
H. Virgin Platform International members shall not advertise Virgin Platform International activities except as specifically approved by Virgin Platform International Limited.
I. A member, as an independent entity, is fully responsible for all of his/her verbal and written statements made regarding Virgin Platform International not expressly contained in writing in the current membership agreement, and materials supplied directly by Virgin Platform International Limited
J. Virgin platform international ltd shall be entitled to change activities and programs at any time and without notice, and to make changes in the statement of policy and procedures.
K. Owning an online shop or Institution Wallet on our platform is optional, customers are to buy and sell all our telecom products by themselves unless they choose to own a shop for our system to help them buy and sell the telecom products on their behalf at a fixed agreed weekly profit of 1% per week or 5% monthly interest for Institution Wallets.
L. A customer agrees to indemnify Virgin Platform International Limited and hold it harmless from any and all liabilities including judgments, civil penalties, refunds, attorney’s fees, court costs or losses incurred by Virgin Platform International Limited as a result of such member’s unauthorized representations of Virgin Platform International.
M. Customers are independent and are not to be considered as purchasers of company share. The agreement between Virgin Platform International and its customers does not create joint venture between Virgin Platform International ltd and the Customers. Each customer shall hold harmless Virgin Platform International from any claims, damages or liabilities arising out of the member’s program activities. Virgin platform International members have no authority in any form to bind Virgin Platform International to any obligation.
N. All qualified customers have the right to recommend others. In addition, every person has the ultimate right to choose who recommends him/her. However, if two customers should claim to have recommended the same new member, Virgin Platform International shall regard the first application received by the corporate home office as controlling. Deceptive or misleading claims regarding the opportunity or service are prohibited.
O. The customers shall safeguard and promote the good reputation of Virgin Platform International in their activities and shall stand clear of any conduct which might be harmful to the reputation of Virgin Platform International and any other projects / departments of Virgin Platform International Limited and shall avoid all, deceptive, misleading or unethical behavior during the member’s program activities.
P. Virgin Platform International Limited will not permit the use of its designs, logos, trade names, trademarks, etc. without its prior written permission.
Q. Customers accept that, payment of commission is the sole responsibility of Virgin Platform International ltd and not its business Partners.
R. A member shall not sell, assign or otherwise transfer his or her membership or other membership privileges or rights.
S. SERVICES RENDERED BY VIRGIN PLATFORM INTERNATIONAL LTD ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR STOPAGE, DEPENDING ON THE CHANGE IN THE TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICE PROVIDERS PRODUCTS, SERVICES OR PARTNERSHIP POLICY, AND ALSO ON GOVERNMENT POLICY/REGULATIONS, OR CHANGE IN BUSINESS INVESTMENT PLAN AS CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.
T. Only when the product is available in stock before a Customer can transact for. Once a product is out of stock, customer MUST wait for its availability. Virgin Platform cannot guarantee consistent availability of all indicated products for sell as it also relies on its Partners for products availability and stocking.
U. Customers who own an online shop or Institutional wallet on the platform have voluntarily accept to support the funding of products and services provided on the platform, for all the members to patronize, the commission is then shared amongst the platform members according to each member’s patronage/financial involvement or according to the percentage fix by Virgin Platform International ltd.
V. Termination of Shop trading or Institution Wallet before its expiration attracts 40% instant deduction from the capital before being released for the customers to withdraw.
W. Any activity that involves a customer owing the platform in funds or any other way, automatically freezes the customers funds with the system as collateral until such debt is fully paid.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions, including privacy policy and all rules herein and any subsequent updates, reviews and amendments approved by Virgin Platform Limited Board of Directors shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
